I met Shermanda Ramsay about 7 years ago, when we both worked at the State Attorney's Office. She always spoke to me, always had a very positive, happy demeanor and personality. We would always talk about better ways to cope with our work days. Shermanda would always suggest that I pray and continue to read the bible or listen to music to help the day pass. I don't think I ever told her, but many times I looked forward to seeing and/or talking with her just to continue through a tough day at work.
Knowing Shermanda Ramsay has been both a blessing and a pleasure. She is very articulate, intelligent, and passionate about business and her relationships with others. In the two years that I've come to know her on a personal level and she has been compassionate, giving, and always willing to listen and offer advice. She is a great listener and counselor. Our business relationship has been one of much support and has made a difference for me in my business endeavors. I worked for her company and found her to be a unique business owner. She not only cares about her business, but talks to her employees/contractors to find out what are their interest beyond what they do for her. She cares, helps us understand business and trains us with her knowledge wisdom she's gained. She helped and directed me on my business start-up. Shermanda has become a go to person for me and I give her information out to others. She’s always so full of sunshine and encouraging, motivating words. If I want honesty, I can always count on her to give me her ear and unbiased opinion. Shermanda is a very special friend and woman of GOD as well as a wonderful mother, and I am looking forward to our continued partnership and friendship. She is truly a birther of vision and leader who leads to build others to go beyond even where she’s gone.
God placed Ms. Shermanda in my life in when I came to Jacksonville, FL to help my sister out. It would also, possibly be a new start for me. I had stepped out on Faith. Unfortunately, it didn't last as I'd hoped, God had another plan. But during the duration of my stay, God covered me with a number of strong, powerful, successful women one of my guardian Angels being, Shermanda Ramsay! ays had a very positive, happy demeanor and personality. We would always talk about better ways to cope with our work days. Shermanda would always suggest that I pray and continue to read the bible or listen to music to help the day pass. I don't think I ever told her, but many times I looked forward to seeing and/or talking with her just to continue through a tough day at work.
I met Shermanda at the US Postal Office. I was listening to a podcast about having mentors. I spoke to myself saying “I don’t know anybody that could be my mentor. I need a mentor.” As I get out of my car I hear a lady say “hey! Can you help me get out of my car?” And next thing you know I found out she was a coach and I asked her to mentor me. I guess the coincidence of us meeting was no coincidence but more like a law of attraction type of thing. There’s saying that goes like this: “the teacher will present itself once the student is ready to learn.” That must be true. Shermanda is wonderful at teaching me how to set goals. She is also wonderful at making you feel like your opinion matters. Finally, she’s great at bringing the best ideas out of you.
